UK artwork for Death Among the Pines unveiled prior to its September launch.

      As we move into post-production on our upcoming reboot of the Robert the Doll franchise, titled Robert Returns, Flickering Myth and Shepka Productions are excited to announce the UK release of our suspense thriller, Death Among the Pines, on VOD/streaming platforms this September, with the support of High Fliers Films.

      This film marks our second feature following the gothic horror The Baby in the Basket. Directed by Nathan Shepka (Dead Before They Wake) and penned by seasoned FM writer Tom Jolliffe (Cinderella’s Revenge), Death Among the Pines boasts a cast that includes Nicolette McKeown (Mercy Falls, Damaged), Stephen Kerr (The Reign of Queen Ginnarra, Spoiling You), and Olly Bassi (Dick Dynamite: 1944, Masters of the Air).       On a stormy night, a stranger knocks on Angela's country cottage door, claiming that his car has broken down. Though hesitant, Angela allows him to enter for shelter. Shortly after, a police officer arrives with inquiries as he conducts a manhunt for an escaped criminal. Angela starts to connect the dots, but is there more to the story than it appears?

      Death Among the Pines will be available in the UK starting September 7th, 2026, and is currently streaming in the US on Tubi.
