Tim Kasher reveals that the Who’s Watching (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) will be released in October by 15 Passenger Records.

Tim Kasher (of Cursive and The Good Life) has announced that the original motion picture soundtrack for his new directorial project, Who's Watching, is set to be released in select theaters and on digital platforms on September 18, 2026, through Dark Sky Films (watch the trailer here). The soundtrack will officially launch on October 23, 2026, via 15 Passenger Records.

This 13-track album features a side A with songs from Toxic Cock Syndrome and a side B that includes the score, along with a new track by Cursive titled "Wounded Animal." Toxic Cock Syndrome has also released their debut single, "Ratcatcher," which is available to view in a highly NSFW music video that appears midway through Who's Watching.

So, who exactly is Toxic Cock Syndrome? They are a fictional metal "band" prominently featured in the film: Caleb Sampson (played by Zachary Ray Sherman) on bass, Chris (played by Darrion Lewis of Radkey) on guitar and vocals, and Tony (played by Isaiah Radke of Radkey) on drums. Their deliberately bizarre, aggressive, and juvenile songs reflect the disturbed nature of the film's protagonist in a darkly humorous and unsettling psychological horror thriller that critiques the male gaze, subverting both stalker and found footage conventions. In reality, the songs were performed by Kasher (guitar and backing vocals), Radke (vocals), Lewis (guitar), Jonah Ray (drums), and Josh Ethier (bass).

The score consists of five instrumental pieces that are haunting, evocative, and occasionally eerily beautiful. It concludes with "Wounded Animal," the first new release from Cursive since their 2024 album, Devourer (Run For Cover Records). The song builds up during the film’s closing credits to a cathartic and uplifting finale. Kasher wrote the entire soundtrack, which is available for pre-order.

In anticipation of the film and soundtrack's release, Kasher will kick off a Who's Watching roadshow that includes special preview events in theaters. Each event will offer an early screening of the film followed by a brief acoustic performance and a Q&A session with Kasher. Tickets are on sale now HERE.

Written and directed by Kasher, Who's Watching stars Sherman (A Desert, Under the Banner of Heaven), whose performance earned him the Best Actor Award at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. The cast also includes Gracie Gillam (Superhost, Fright Night, Teen Beach Movie), Olivia Luccardi (It Follows, Soft & Quiet, The Baltimorons), and Steve Berg (Don't Worry Darling, Tag). The film's narrative revolves around an eccentric musician and aspiring filmmaker named Sampson, who is obsessed with his coworker Krista. He secretly films her life to make her the focus of his next film. As his obsession grows, the distinction between observer and participant blurs, pulling him into a perilous cycle of surveillance, manipulation, and obsession. As the recording continues, the increasingly disturbing question arises: who is truly watching whom?
