The initial trailer for the legal drama War, featuring Sienna Miller and Dominic West, has been released.

      HBO Max has unveiled the first trailer for War, a forthcoming legal drama created by George Kay, known for Lupin and Hijack.

      The series focuses on two of London's most influential law firms as they become embroiled in a high-profile legal dispute following a dramatic divorce between a tech entrepreneur and an international film star.

      The cast features Dominic West, Sienna Miller, Archie Renaux, Phoebe Fox, James McArdle, Nina Sosanya, Pip Torrens, Celia Imrie, Nick Mohammed, Emma Laird, Aran Murphy, Archie Panjabi, Adrian Scarborough, Shaheen Jafargholi, Akiya Henry, Honor Swinton Byrne, Miles Jupp, Kartanya Maynard, Alexandra Mardell, Dylan Murphy, Mark Quartley, and Steve Furst.

      The eight-episode series explores the high-stakes lives of London's top lawyers as Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne battle over a sensational legal case, drawing ambitious young lawyer Jonathan “Johnny” Warren into a cutthroat realm where ambition is valuable, betrayal is a tactic, and victory is paramount.

      In its first season, the story follows the tumultuous divorce of British tech entrepreneur Morgan Henderson and film star Carla Duval, as law firms Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne do whatever it takes to ensure success for their clients.

      War premieres on HBO Max on October 1st and on Sky on October 2nd.
