Apple TV has released a trailer for season 6 of Slow Horses.
With less than a month until the sixth season of Slow Horses arrives, Apple TV has released a new trailer for the award-winning espionage drama series, which also confirms the return of House of the Dragon star Olivia Cooke as Sidonie 'Sid' Baker.
Season 6 is based on the sixth and seventh books in Mick Herron's series, Joe Country and Slough House. In this season, the team finds themselves on the run as anyone who has worked at Slough House is targeted, while the new head of MI5 forces them into a perilous game of retaliation and revenge.
The cast features Gary Oldman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Rosalind Eleazar, Joanna Scanlan, Samuel West, Ruth Bradley, Tom Brooke, Jonathan Pryce, Hugo Weaving, Lenny Rush, and Olivia Cooke. Watch the trailer below…
“Slow Horses” is a darkly comedic espionage drama that portrays a dysfunctional group of British intelligence agents assigned to a disparaged department of MI5 known as Slough House. Oldman plays Jackson Lamb, the clever yet irritable leader of the spies who wind up in Slough House due to career-ending missteps, often stumbling through the complexities of the espionage world.
Slow Horses season 6 debuts on Apple TV on September 16th.
