Prime Video has renewed Sterling Point for its second season.

      Prime Video has officially renewed its new romantic drama, Sterling Point, for a second season.

      Sterling Point centers on 17-year-old Annie Jacobson, who is brought up in New York City alongside her twin brother Connor and their caring adoptive father Steven. Annie's life changes dramatically when she inherits her grandfather's enigmatic island in Canada. On the island, she discovers new friendships, budding love interests, and hidden family secrets.

      The cast includes Ella Rubin, Amélie Hoeferle, Keen Ruffalo, Jay Duplass, Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie, Daniel Quinn-Toye, Bo Bragason, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Nikko Angelo Hinayo, Mabel Strachan, Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, and Missi Pyle.

      Sterling Point debuted earlier this month and quickly gained popularity on the streaming platform. Unlike some of Prime Video’s recent romantic hits, which are adaptations, Sterling Point is an original creation by Megan Park, who is the co-showrunner and executive producer.

      “It’s been an absolute joy to witness the appreciation and love for the show,” Park stated. “We put in a tremendous amount of effort to make the show as authentic as possible, and seeing the audience's positive response has been exhilarating. We are eager to explore these characters further and deliver the best second season yet.”
