The Eleventh Doctor is Concealed in Plain View in the latest Doctor Who story from Big Finish.
A significant event from the Eleventh Doctor’s journey is highlighted in a new audio drama box set released by Big Finish. Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor Adventures – Hidden in Plain Sight features three full-cast audio stories that explore more about this version of the Doctor’s extensive life. Once again, Miles Taylor portrays the Eleventh Doctor, joined by Jasmine Bayes as the Doctor’s companion, Eleanor Fong.
Hidden in Plain Sight opens with a two-part story involving the rhino-like Judoon, voiced by Nicholas Briggs. The episodes are:
- **Tyranny of the Judoon** by Ben Tedds – The Judoon have taken control of the planet Hefestis, and journalist Octavia Cain, who has received accolades for her work, is eager to uncover another high-profile story. In her pursuit of the truth, she mistakenly believes she has encountered two detectives from the Shadow Proclamation, but they are actually the Doctor and Eleanor.
- **Gambit of the Judoon** by Ben Tedds – A hunt for the Doctor and Eleanor ensues, with Invigilator Kollo and Captain Sydon determined to apprehend them.
In the last episode, **Wanted Dead and Alive** by Beth Axford, the universe is aware that the Eleventh Doctor perished at Lake Silencio, but someone arrives at the lake just in time to save him. While the Doctor realizes he did not actually die, he is cognizant that this intervention might lead to significant disruptions in time. A race against time begins to avert potential disaster.
Joining Miles and Jasmine are Grace Darling as journalist Octavia Cain, David Shaw-Parker as Cromarty, Julie Teal as Ambassador Derrivan, Agnes Laverton as Mrs. Pelter, Alan Cox (son of Succession's Brian Cox) as the cybernetic enforcer Kollo, and Louis Davison (son of Fifth Doctor actor Peter Davison) as the Doctor’s old companion, Malk.
