Situado entre las películas Alien y Aliens, Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition pone a los jugadores en el papel de la exmarine colonial Zula Hendricks mientras se dirige al planeta Purdan tras recibir una misteriosa llamada de socorro. Cuando llega, descubre una estación de investigación secreta de Gemini Exoplanet Solutions, y no pasa mucho tiempo antes de que descubran que la instalación está invadida por xenomorfos.
Hendricks y su compañero sintético, Davis 01, tendrán que luchar por su supervivencia contra la feroz amenaza xenomorfa y descubrir qué ha salido mal.
