      Andy (Charlize Theron) e la sua squadra di guerrieri immortali sono tornati, con un rinnovato senso di scopo nella loro missione di proteggere il mondo. Con Booker (Matthias Schoenaerts) ancora in esilio dopo il suo tradimento e Quynh (Veronica Ngô) in cerca di vendetta dopo essere fuggita dalla sua prigione sottomarina, Andy è alle prese con la sua ritrovata mortalità mentre emerge una misteriosa minaccia che potrebbe mettere a repentaglio tutto ciò per cui ha lavorato per migliaia di anni.
