Rob Schneider departed from the Democratic Party in 2013, stating to The Blaze, “The state of California is a mess, and the super majority of Democrats is not working. I’ve been a lifelong Democrat, but I must switch because it no longer benefits the people of this great state.”
By 2017, he shared with Larry King that he identified as “an independent, but definitely more conservative. … I’m against any form of taking away people’s rights.” He noted that the right-wing used to be seen as more likely to infringe on people’s rights, but now, he believes it’s the liberals.
In June, he showed his support for Robert Kennedy Jr., who was challenging President Biden in the Democratic primaries. After Kennedy decided to run as an independent, Schneider continued to support him, participating in an event called A Night of Laughter with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
However, when Kennedy suspended his campaign in August and endorsed Trump, Schneider did the same.
“As a fellow American Citizen and Robert Kennedy Jr. supporter, I hope that you will OPPOSE TYRANNY and join us and VOTE FOR DONALD J. TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” Schneider posted on X.
James Woods

James Woods, known for films like Videodrome and Casino, remarked on Twitter that he was a Democrat “for years, until Clinton was impeached. Every single Democrat without exception stood behind a convicted perjurer. That was the end for me.”
He has since become one of Hollywood's most vocal conservatives. After the June presidential debate, which many felt was a failure for President Joe Biden, Woods tweeted:
“There’s no way whoever is in charge of this presidency didn’t know this man was suffering from serious cognitive challenges. I despise today’s Democrats, but when they can make me feel sympathy for Joseph Biden, they are more than despicable. They are beyond reproach.”
He has openly expressed his disdain for Kamala Harris after she replaced Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee.
Ronald Reagan

Even Ronald Reagan changed his political affiliation. He once regarded Democratic president Franklin D. Roosevelt as a “true hero” and backed Democrat Harry S. Truman in the 1948 presidential election.
However, in 1952, he supported Republican candidate Dwight D. Eisenhower and later backed Eisenhower’s vice president, Richard Nixon, in 1960.
That's him featured in the 1940 film Knute Rockne, All American.

The Mean Girls actress has alternated her political views over the years. In the 2008 presidential election, she offered to assist Democrat Barack Obama’s campaign, but was turned down. She later criticized Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin in her blog for her environmental stance and labeled her “a narrow-minded, media-obsessed homophobe.”
Nevertheless, she supported Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney in 2012 and later expressed support for President Obama. In 2017, she urged her Twitter followers to ease up on President Trump, encouraging them to “Stop bullying him and start trusting him.”
Interestingly, in 2004, Trump had commented to Howard Stern that Lohan, then 18, was “probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed," suggesting that “deeply troubled women” often excel in that area.
Lohan, shown above in Netflix's Falling for Christmas, has lately avoided political discussions.
Isaiah Washington

Former Grey’s Anatomy star Isaiah Washington discussed his choice to leave the Democratic Party and support President Trump in a 2019 interview.
“Walking away … is a sacrifice, it’s a risk, and there’s a penalty for it,” Washington told Fox Nation’s “Nuff Said,” adding that “the reason why I’ve chosen to walk away from the Democratic Party … is that something doesn’t feel right.”
He remarked, “I don’t know where I’m going, but I know where I come from. If I look at the political landscape of the Democratic Party over the last 50 years since I was 5, I see very little change for my community; I have many questions—more than questions.”
Chuck Norris

Chuck Norris mentioned in a 2014 interview that he “used to be a Democrat, but unfortunately, the Democrats have shifted too far to the left,” claiming, “What the Democrats believed 40 years ago, the Republicans believe today. … The Democrats have strayed too far off the path.”
Now, he supports Republican candidates and writes a regular column for right-wing outlet WorldNetDaily.
