The Jack Ryan film starring John Krasinski has added multiple cast members.

The feature film continuation of Amazon’s Jack Ryan series has welcomed several new cast members to join John Krasinski. As reported by Deadline, Max Beesley (The Gentlemen), Douglas Hodge (The Great), and JJ Feild (Ford v Ferrari) have been added to the film, along with Betty Gabriel returning from the series.

This film carries on Amazon’s Jack Ryan series, which aired for four seasons and was inspired by Tom Clancy’s political and espionage novels. It centers around CIA analyst Jack Ryan, who must thwart various national threats and uncover conspiracies within the US government. Throughout its airing, Jack Ryan was among the most streamed shows on Amazon Prime globally.

Krasinski portrayed Ryan in the series, alongside Wendell Pierce, who played experienced CIA officer James Greer, and Michael Kelly, the CIA station chief Mike November. Both Pierce and Kelly are also set to return for the film. Gabriel joined the series in its third season as Elizabeth Wright, the CIA’s station chief in Rome who later became the CIA director.

Beesley, Hodge, and Feild will be joined by fellow newcomer Siena Miller in the film. Details regarding their characters remain undisclosed, but Miller is reportedly playing an MI6 operative who collaborates with Ryan. It is still unclear whether other cast members from the series will return for the film.

Andrew Bernstein, who was the executive producer and director of season two, is directing this feature. Aaron Rabin, who worked as a co-executive producer and writer on season four, wrote the script. Paramount Pictures and Skydance are handling the production. Krasinski is also producing under his production company, Sunday Night, alongside Allyson Seeger.
