
Disney+ releases trailer for Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip.
Disney has unveiled a poster and trailer for "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip," a forthcoming family comedy inspired by Judith Viorst’s acclaimed children's book. This film serves as both a reboot and a spiritual sequel to the 2014 release "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day."
Directed by Marvin Lemus, the movie chronicles the adventures of 11-year-old Alexander and his family as they embark on an idyllic vacation to Mexico City, which goes awry due to an ancient cursed idol. Check out the trailer below…
Alexander Garcia (Thom Nemer) has long believed he possesses the worst luck imaginable. So, when his mother Val (Eva Longoria) comes up with a plan to unite her seemingly distant family for a luxurious vacation to Mexico City in a high-end RV as part of her travel writing career, he is convinced it will end in chaos. Despite his worries, the family – including dad Frank (Jesse Garcia), teenage sister Mia (Paulina Chávez), Grandma Lidia (Rose Portillo), and Grandpa Gil (Cheech Marin) – sets out, only to encounter numerous misfortunes. When they learn that an ancient cursed idol might be responsible for their troubles, they must band together to return it to its rightful place.
The film features Thom Nemer, Eva Longoria, Jesse Garcia, Paulina Chávez, Rose Portillo, Cristo Fernández, Harvey Guillén, Mabel Cadena, Michelle Buteau, and Cheech Marin.
"Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip" is set to premiere on Disney+ on March 28th.
