With just over a month remaining until the highly-anticipated second season of The Last of Us premieres, Max has unveiled a new trailer for the highly praised video game adaptation. This season picks up five years after the conclusion of season one, as Joel and Ellie grapple with their past, leading to tension between them; you can watch it below...
After enjoying five years of peace following the first season's events, the shared past of Joel and Ellie resurfaces, creating conflict between them in a world that is even more perilous and unpredictable than before.
The second season of The Last of Us features Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsay reprising their roles as Joel and Ellie, with Diego Luna returning as Tommy. New cast members include Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Ariela Barer as Mel, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Spencer Lord as Owen, Danny Ramirez as Manny, and Jeffrey Wright as Isaac. Catherine O'Hara also appears as a guest star.
The Last of Us season 2 is set to debut on April 13th on HBO.
