      A poster and trailer have been released online for Swimming Home, a dark comedy-drama inspired by Deborah Levy’s 2011 novel of the same title. This film marks the directorial debut of Justin Anderson and focuses on Joe and Isabel, a couple whose relationship is struggling while on vacation at their family villa, where they discover a naked woman floating in the pool. When Isabel invites this stranger to stay, tensions within the family escalate, forcing them to confront their pasts.

      The cast features Christopher Abbott, Mackenzie Davis, Arianne Labed, Nadine Labaki, and Freya Hannan-Mills. Josef and his war correspondent partner Isabel are surprised to find a naked stranger in their holiday villa's pool. Isabel's decision to invite the stranger to stay leads to deepening divides among the family, compelling Joe to face long-buried childhood memories.

      The mysterious stranger raises questions about her true intentions and reality. Set against the stunning backdrop of an Aegean summer, the film reveals the unpredictable nature of life. Swimming Home is set to be released in theaters on April 25th.
