MUBI's lineup for April 2025 features A Traveler’s Needs, Grand Tour, Tendaberry, and additional titles.

MUBI has announced its streaming lineup for next month, featuring the trio of collaborations between Hong Sangsoo and Isabelle Huppert, including their newest film, A Traveler’s Needs. The selection also includes Miguel Gomes' Grand Tour, which will be released after its theatrical debut next week, as well as Haley Elizabeth Anderson’s Tendaberry, a film we have been eager to see distributed since its premiere at Sundance last year.

In his Sundance review of Tendaberry, Jordan Raup noted, “Haley Elizabeth Anderson’s Tendaberry is a heartfelt coming-of-age narrative that contemplates more than just the present. This ambitious directorial debut employs a blend of storytelling methods to craft a poetic tapestry of ideas. Through the eyes of 23-year-old Dakota (Kota Johan), it explores her experiences balancing romance, work, friendships, and family while weaving together memories of the past, her current life, and aspirations for the future. Although the film’s diverse approach—which mixes narrative, documentary, and archival elements—may make some sections feel elongated, the overall impact is that of an impressive new voice.”
