David Fincher and Brad Pitt are set to collaborate once again for a sequel to Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Toward something that could elicit only the most fair reactions, the headline sums it up perfectly, even if I find it challenging to fully grasp or, considering today’s date, simply believe. It seems that Quentin Tarantino has, perhaps unintentionally, created a sort of sequel to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood while attempting to salvage The Movie Critic (or a part of a version of it), which will see Brad Pitt and David Fincher collaborating, a prospect that admittedly sounds like a fabrication aimed at search engine optimization.
According to an insider from The Hollywood Reporter, Pitt “was intrigued by certain elements of the script, which continuously evolved, as well as [Cliff Booth’s] role in it”––reportedly a twist on the novelization revealing that Booth is a film enthusiast who eventually began reviewing low-budget movies in the ’70s. Tarantino allowed another director to take the reins based on talent, so Fincher now joins Tony Scott and Robert Rodriguez as the only filmmakers deemed worthy of the honor. It’s speculated that a) production could start by the end of summer, and b) Leonardo DiCaprio will reprise his role as Rick Dalton in some form. This comes despite doubts fueled by the fact that April 1 has not yet passed.

In a situation where everyone could only have the fairest responses, the headline reveals everything, even if I find the situation hard to fully understand or, considering today's date, simply accept. It appears that Quentin Tarantino has unknowingly created a Once Upon by seemingly rescuing The Movie Critic (or at least a component of a version of it).
