Screenbound Direct has announced the upcoming release of new 4K Ultra HD editions of director Paul Morrissey’s controversial films Flesh for Frankenstein and Blood for Dracula (also known as Andy Warhol’s Frankenstein and Andy Warhol’s Dracula) in the UK this May, featuring two limited edition box sets. The eccentric Baron von Frankenstein (Udo Kier) collaborates with his odd assistant, Otto, to create a superior master race, with the Baron at its helm. He constructs two perfect ‘zombies’ from various body parts, aiming for them to reproduce. Meanwhile, complications arise as Nicholas, a farm worker, becomes involved with the Baron’s discontented wife, while also searching for his missing friend Sacha, whose head and brain have been used in the creation of Frankenstein’s male ‘zombie.’

The ailing Count Dracula (Udo Kier) and his scheming assistant, Anton (Arno Juerging), travel to Italy in search of virgin blood. They arrive at the dilapidated mansion of the indebted Marchese Di Fiore (Vittorio De Sica), who is eager to marry his daughters to wealthy men. However, instead of pure maidens, they find themselves entangled with incestuous lesbians tainted by impure blood.
