Zoë Kravitz will helm the upcoming film How To Save A Marriage.
Zoë Kravitz is returning to the director's seat and will collaborate once again with her The Batman co-star to bring a new film to fruition. According to Deadline, Kravitz will direct How To Save A Marriage for Sony Pictures, with Robert Pattinson taking on the role of producer for the project. The screenplay is written by Ross Evans, and Pattinson, along with his partner Brighton McCloskey through Icki Eneo Arlo, is producing the film, while Geoff Shaevitz and Evan Silverberg are producing through Entertainment 360. Evans will also serve as an executive producer.
Deadline reports that Sony is very enthusiastic about the project and aggressively pursued it when it became available in the market last year. This film will be the first major project for writer Evans and will continue Kravitz's directing endeavors following her debut with Blink Twice. Released last summer, the thriller, which featured Naomi Ackie and Channing Tatum, received positive reviews.
How To Save A Marriage is currently in early development, with plot specifics kept confidential, but it is said to have edgy themes akin to those found in Blink Twice. Kravitz remains active in acting as well and is set to appear alongside Austin Butler in the Darren Aronofsky thriller Caught Stealing this fall.
