Saban Films has unveiled a poster and trailer for Desert Dawn, the forthcoming crime thriller directed by Marty Murray.
The story centers on a newly inaugurated sheriff and his deputy (reuniting Twilight stars Kellan Lutz and Cam Gigandet), who are led by a enigmatic woman to unravel a perilous network of deceit and corruption tied to dubious figures in their small community.
In addition to Kellan Lutz and Cam Gigandet, the cast features Niko Foster, Guillermo Ivan, Chad Michael Collins, Helena Haro, Texas Battle, Mike Ferguson, and Peter Nikkos. You can watch the trailer below...
A small-town sheriff (Kellan Lutz) and his hesitant deputy (Cam Gigandet) become entangled in a web of corruption and lies following the murder of a mysterious woman, propelling them into a treacherous conspiracy involving unscrupulous businessmen and the cartel.
Desert Dawn is set to be released in select theaters and on demand on May 16th.
