Asymmetrical horror game Deadly Quiet releases a trailer showcasing its gameplay.
Indie developers Tarba Paul Cornel and Abdul Rafy have unveiled the first gameplay trailer for their forthcoming co-op asymmetrical horror game, Deadly Quiet. This new trailer (see below) highlights the distinctive bodycam viewpoint as players strive to endure the terrors of the forest.
In Deadly Quiet, four players venture into the notorious Hoia Baciu forest, where they must withstand the nightmares that lurk within. With a tense atmosphere, players need to collaborate, devise strategies, and adjust to the threats pursuing them. Every step and noise made by the players could attract attention to the group, so it's essential to work together while remaining quiet if they hope to escape the forest. There are various ways to exit the forest, including setting traps, calling for help, finding a vehicle, and more.
Players have multiple options to interact with the Wendigo; the most straightforward is to assist their friends so everyone can leave together. However, they can also decide to ally with the Wendigo or take matters into their own hands through methods like electrocution, burning, and crucifixion.
If the Wendigo blocks a player's escape from the forest, it's not an automatic end for them. Players can still communicate with both their friends and foes in a chaotic and entertaining twist. Keep an eye out for Deadly Quiet, set to launch on Steam at the end of May.
