Ariana Grande set to encounter the parents in the forthcoming comedy sequel.
The release date for the fourth Meet The Parents film has been announced, along with the addition of a new cast member. Ariana Grande, known for her role in Wicked, will join the upcoming sequel, which is set to hit theaters on November 25, 2026.
Grande will join the original cast, including Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Teri Polo, and Blythe Danner. The film is being directed and written by series co-writer John Hamburg. While specific plot details remain confidential, fans will recall that in Little Fockers, Stiller’s Greg and Polo’s Pam had young children, who are now likely to be young adults and play a more significant role in the narrative.
It is currently unclear if any other members of the franchise's extensive ensemble cast will return for this fourth installment. Jay Roach, who directed the original film and Meet The Fockers, will produce through Delirious Media, while Hamburg will also produce via Particular Pictures. De Niro is producing through his company Tribeca Pictures alongside Jane Rosenthal, and Stiller is producing for Red Hour Films with John Lesher.
Ariana Grande, one of the most famous pop singers globally, has been transitioning into acting over the past few years, starting with the 2021 comedy Don’t Look Up. She gained significant attention for her portrayal of Galinda/Glinda in the feature film adaptation of the popular Broadway musical Wicked and will reprise her role as Glinda this fall in the highly anticipated conclusion, Wicked: For Good.
Meet The Parents 4 is set to premiere on November 25, 2026.
