Adam Sandler reprises his role as Happy Gilmore in the latest trailer for the Netflix sequel.
After three decades, Adam Sandler reprises one of his most memorable roles as the hockey player turned professional golfer, Happy Gilmore. Netflix has unveiled a new trailer for Happy Gilmore 2, which is set to be released on their streaming platform on July 25, 2025. You can watch the trailer below.
Sandler will be joined by the original cast members, including Julie Bowen as Virginia Venit, Christopher McDonald as Shooter McGavin, and Ben Stiller as Hal. New additions to the cast for Happy Gilmore 2 are Bad Bunny, Sadie Sandler, Sunny Sandler, Conor Sherry, Ethan Cutkosky, Philip Fine Schneider, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, Travis Kelce, and Blake Clark, along with cameo appearances from professional golfers John Daly, Justin Thomas, Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau, and Paige Spiranic.
Happy Gilmore 2 is directed by Kyle Newacheck (Murder Mystery) and features a script from Tim Herlihy and Sandler. The pair will also serve as producers alongside Jack Giarraputo and Robert Simonds, with executive producers including Judit Maull, Kevin Grady, Dennis Dugan, Barry Bernardi, David Bausch, and Dan Bulla.
Happy Gilmore 2 is scheduled to premiere on July 25.
