The graphic novel collection of Star Wars: The Sequel Trilogy is set to be released in November.
Prepare to reconnect with Rey, Finn, and Poe as Dark Horse Comics marks the tenth anniversary of Star Wars: The Force Awakens with a compiled edition of the graphic novel adaptations for the Star Wars: The Sequel Trilogy. “We’re thrilled to have Dark Horse compile the all-ages adaptations of the sequel trilogy for the very first time, right in time for the 10th anniversary of The Force Awakens,” stated Michael Siglain, Lucasfilm Publishing Creative Director. “With its distinctive style, this collection provides an excellent opportunity for children and fans of all ages to revisit the journeys of Rey, Finn, and Poe—or to experience them for the first time.”
In Star Wars: The Sequel Trilogy: The Force Awakens, set years after the original trilogy, General Leia Organa’s Resistance battles a new ominous threat: the First Order. When X-wing pilot Poe Dameron is captured by the dark warrior Kylo Ren, the scavenger Rey retrieves his droid, BB-8, and collaborates with Han Solo and an ex-stormtrooper named Finn to support the Resistance in their mission to locate the exiled Luke Skywalker.
In The Last Jedi, Rey attempts to persuade a reluctant Luke to teach her the ways of the Force, while also navigating her emerging connection with the formidable Kylo Ren! Meanwhile, Finn, Poe, and Rose Tico devise a daring plan to rescue a beleaguered Resistance from the First Order’s grip. All tensions culminate in an exciting showdown on a stunning salt planet!
The confrontation between the Resistance and the First Order reaches its peak in The Rise of Skywalker. As Rey and her companions seek to eradicate the dark side from the galaxy, their ancient foe Palpatine poses a threat to usher in a new era of Sith supremacy.
This collection includes the graphic novel adaptations of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Star Wars: The Sequel Trilogy will be available in bookstores on November 11th and in comic book shops from November 12th.
