Cobie Smulders will star in the fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer.
Netflix has added a new cast member to The Lincoln Lawyer for the fourth season of its legal drama. According to Variety, Cobie Smulders, known for her roles in How I Met Your Mother and Avengers, will join Manuel Garcia-Ruflo in the upcoming season.
The fourth season is based on the seventh book in Michael Connelly’s series and follows Mickey Haller as he seeks to exonerate himself after his client's dead body is discovered in the trunk of his trusty Lincoln.
Details regarding Smulders’ character are currently being kept secret, but it may lead into a possible fifth season.
The Lincoln Lawyer features Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Becki Newton, Angus Sampson, Marcus Henderson, Gigi Zumbado, Kacey Montoya, Constance Zimmer, Elliot Gould, Krista Warner, Kyle Richards, Jason Butler Harner, Scott Lawrence, with Neve Campbell promoted to a series regular, and newcomers Emmanuelle Chriqui (Superman & Lois), Jason O’Mara (Fire Country), Javon Johnson (The Oval), Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother), and celebrity chef Nancy Silverton.
