The Carrie TV series has cast Katee Sackhoff, Heather Graham, Kate Siegel, Michael Trucco, among others.

Following the announcement of the main cast for Mike Flanagan’s TV adaptation of Stephen King's Carrie last week, the Amazon MGM series has completed its supporting cast lineup.

According to Deadline, the series welcomes Kate Siegel (The Fall of the House of Usher), Michael Trucco (Midnight Mass), Katee Sackhoff (The Mandalorian), Heather Graham (Gunslingers), Rahul Kohli (The Life of Chuck), Crystal Balint (Allegiance), Danielle Klaudt (The Fall of the House of Usher), Tim Bagley (The Perfect Couple), Tahmoh Penikett (Battlestar Galactica), Mapuana Makia (Doogie Kamealoha M.D.), Naika Toussaint (Washington Black), Delainey Hayles (Interview with the Vampire), Cassandra Naud (Influencer), and newcomer Rowan Danielle.

These new additions will join Summer H. Howell, who plays the titular role of Carrie White, a young girl who faces bullying in high school and develops telekinetic abilities to confront her tormentors. The cast also includes Samantha Sloyan (The Fall of the House of Usher) as Carrie’s mother Margaret White, Alison Thornton (Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce) as Chris Hargensen, Thalia Dudek (The Running Man) as Emaline, Siena Agudong (Resident Evil) as Sue Snell, Amber Midthunder (Prey) as Miss Desjardin, Josie Totah (The Buccaneers) as Tina, Arthur Conti (Beetlejuice) as Billy, Joel Oulette (Sullivan’s Crossing) as Tommy, and Matthew Lillard (Life of Chuck) as Principal Grayle.

Flanagan’s new interpretation of Carrie will be "a reimagining of the story of the outcast high schooler Carrie White, who has lived in isolation with her overbearing mother. Following her father’s unexpected death, Carrie faces the challenges of high school, a bullying controversy, and the emergence of her mysterious telekinetic powers."

Carrie is among King’s most renowned works, with notable adaptations occurring in 1976 and 2013 featuring Sissy Spacek and Chloë Grace Moretz in the lead roles. Flanagan will handle the writing, executive production, and showrunning of the series, along with directing several episodes.
