Star Wars: Han Solo - Hunt for the Falcon is set to release in September from Marvel.
Marvel Comics has revealed its intention to further delve into the era between the Original Trilogy and the Sequel Trilogy this September through the introduction of a new limited series titled Star Wars: Han Solo – Hunt for the Falcon. This project brings back the creative duo of writer Rodney Barnes and artist Ramon Rosanas, who previously collaborated on Marvel’s Star Wars: Inquisitors.
“Han Solo – Hunt for the Falcon is a dream come true,” Barnes expressed. “Han, Leia, Chewbacca, and Lando were my childhood heroes. Writing an adventure featuring this group (and more!) is a true honor. It’s a significant item checked off my bucket list!”
“Rodney is bringing together these characters who have histories with the Falcon and having them confront one another in dangerous situations,” editor Mark Paniccia added. “It's an exciting journey that captures the essence of Han Solo while placing him in some 'uncomfortable' scenarios. Ramon Rosanas is delivering some of the best work of his career for this. This project is particularly special for him, and the level of detail he adds to the ships and locations is spectacular.”

Dissatisfied with a settled life, Han Solo decides to reclaim the Falcon and return to a life filled with adventure. The challenge he faces is finding it. After persuading a reluctant Chewbacca, the two embark on a mission to recover the greatest ship in the galaxy. However, they must confront a list of rogues, including the nefarious scoundrel Ducain, who has also laid claim to the Millennium Falcon.
