Peacock's The Five-Star Weekend expands its supporting cast.

With the main cast of Peacock’s upcoming drama The Five-Star Weekend finalized, focus is now shifting to its supporting roles. The latest additions to the series include Harlow Jane (Dig), David Denman (Rebel Ridge), Josh Hamilton (The Walking Dead), and Rob Huebel (The Sex Lives of College Girls).

The Five-Star Weekend centers around Hollis Shaw (Garner), a well-known food influencer celebrated for her delectable recipes, discerning taste, and kind personality, who experiences a heartbreaking loss. Struggling to move on, this tragedy begins to reveal the flaws in Hollis’s seemingly perfect life, including her troubled marriage, her complex relationship with her daughter, and her increasing need for approval from her followers.

In a bid to cope with her grief and rediscover herself, Hollis decides to host a weekend getaway at her Nantucket home with three friends from various phases of her life: her childhood, her 20s, her 30s, and an unexpected fifth guest. Set against an opulent coastal landscape, the group will experience personal growth in unforeseen ways as boundaries are tested and secrets come to light.

Jane will portray Caroline Shaw, Denman will take on the role of Kyle McKenzie, Hamilton will portray Matthew, and Huebel will play Charlie Kirtley.

The series features a talented cast, including Jennifer Garner (Deadpool & Wolverine), Regina Hall (Nine Perfect Strangers), Chloë Sevigny (Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story), Gemma Chan (The Actor), D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place), and Timothy Olyphant (Justified).

The Five-Star Weekend is based on Elin Hilderbrand’s novel and is being developed by Bekah Brunstetter from This is Us, who will write and serve as executive producer alongside Beth Schacter. Garner is also on board as an executive producer, along with Sue Naegle and Ali Krug from Dinner Party Productions.
