Netflix has released a poster and trailer for Kulp Kaljareuk’s Thai action horror film, Ziam, which follows a Muay Thai fighter as he battles a swarm of the undead to rescue his girlfriend and a young boy from a hospital besieged by ravenous zombies. Take a look here…
In a bleak world where survival is a constant struggle, Singh, a former professional boxer, intends to leave his dangerous career behind and return to his hometown to spend his later years with his girlfriend, Rin, a doctor. However, his simple aspiration is upended when the hospital where Rin works is invaded by a horde of insatiable zombies. Trusting his fighter's instincts, Singh risks everything to protect his girlfriend and Buddy, a young boy he stumbles upon amidst the turmoil. As the situation deteriorates, Singh must tap into his bravery, resilience, and fighting spirit, using his fists and kicks as weapons to carve a path through the zombie attack.
The cast features Prin Suparat, Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich, Wanvayla Boonnithipaisit, Johnny Anfone, Pimmada Borriruksupakorn, and Jason Young.
Ziam will be available on Netflix starting July 9th.
