In anticipation of its digital launch next week, Terror Films has released a poster and trailer for the horror-comedy Meathook, written and directed by Jermey Ashley. The story follows Jordyn, a traumatized 'final girl' who survived a maniac wielding a hook that violently killed her friends. Two years later, a new series of murders forces Jordyn to confront her past, with assistance from a podcaster. The cast features Rene Leech, Havon Baraka, Buddy “Doc” Clements, and David Alan Graf. Two years after the brutal slaughter of her friends by a notorious killer, introverted Jordyn struggles with her history. When a wave of similar murders arises, she must confront her fears directly, aided by a true-crime podcaster.
Meathook will be available on digital on July 11th.
