      Building on the double release of last year's Challengers and Queer, Luca Guadagnino is preparing for a fall debut of his upcoming film, After the Hunt. Starring Julia Roberts, Ayo Edebiri, Andrew Garfield, Michael Stulbarg, and Chloë Sevigny, this psychological thriller is scheduled for release on October 10 by Amazon MGM Studios, and the first trailer has just been released.

      The synopsis reads: “From the visionary director Luca Guadagnino, AFTER THE HUNT is an intense psychological drama centered on a college professor (Julia Roberts) who faces a significant personal and professional dilemma when a star pupil (Ayo Edebiri) makes an allegation against one of her colleagues (Andrew Garfield), while a troubling secret from her own past threatens to surface. The screenplay for AFTER THE HUNT was penned by Nora Garrett.”
