Billy returns in the trailer for the remake of Silent Night, Deadly Night.
During the 'Bold Voices of Contemporary Horror' panel at San Diego Comic-Con International, Cineverse revealed the first trailer for Silent Night, Deadly Night, a reimagining of the controversial 1984 cult classic Christmas slasher directed and written by Mike P. Nelson. Rohan Campbell, known for Halloween Ends, plays the murderous character Billy, alongside Ruby Modine, Mark Acheson, David Lawrence Brown, and David Tomlinson. You can watch the trailer below, and don't forget to check out the trailer for another of Nelson's projects revealed at Comic-Con this weekend, the Jason Universe short Sweet Revenge, which marks the official return of Friday the 13th's iconic character Jason Voorhees.
After witnessing the brutal murder of his parents by Santa on Christmas Eve, Billy embarks on a lifelong quest to instill fear during the holiday season. Each Christmas, he dresses in the festive red suit and unleashes a bloody rampage to satisfy his warped sense of justice. This Christmas Eve, Billy asks: "Have you been naughty?"
Silent Night, Deadly Night is set to hit theaters on December 12th.
