Starz reinterprets history with the trailer for Spartacus: House of Ashur.

      Starz revealed a gruesome, action-filled trailer at San Diego Comic-Con for the upcoming spinoff series Spartacus: House of Ashur. The drama unfolds in an alternate reality where Nick Tarabay’s Ashur survives his fate on Mount Vesuvius in the season three finale of Spartacus. His betrayal is rewarded with ownership of the gladiator school, and he forms his own group of gladiators, upending tradition by introducing the formidable gladiatrix Achillia (Tenika Davis).

      Alongside Tarabay and Davis, the cast includes Graham McTavish, Jamaica Vaughan, Ivana Baquero, Jordi Webber, Claudia Black, Jaime Slater, India Shaw-Smith, and Leigh Gill. Watch the trailer below…
