G.I.s confront dinosaurs in Vietnam in the trailer for Primitive War.
With less than a month remaining until the release of Primitive War, a new trailer has been released online for director Luke Sparke’s forthcoming action-thriller set during the Vietnam War. Inspired by Ethan Pettus’ eponymous novel, the film revolves around a reconnaissance unit on a mission to find a missing platoon, only to realize they are not the only inhabitants of the jungle.
The cast features Jeremy Piven, Tricia Helfer, Ryan Kwanten, Nick Wechsler, Anthony Ingruber, Aaron Glenane, Carlos Sanson Jr, Ana Thu Nguyen, Albert Mwangi, Adolphus Waylee, Henry Nixon, Lincoln Lewis, Jeremy Lindsay Taylor, Marcus Johnson, and Jake Ryan. Watch the trailer below...
Set in Vietnam in 1968, the story follows Vulture Squad, a recon unit dispatched to a remote jungle valley to learn what happened to a missing Green Beret platoon, soon discovering they are not alone.
Primitive War is set to hit theaters on August 21st.
