
Marvel's Deadpool/Batman #1 introduces fresh variant covers along with a backup story by Frank Miller.
As the highly anticipated crossover between Marvel and DC approaches, Marvel Comics has revealed another set of variant covers for the two-issue event, Deadpool/Batman #1, illustrated by artists Russell Dauterman, Daniel Warren Johnson, and Frank Miller.
Alongside these cover reveals, Marvel has also disclosed that the issue will feature the iconic creator Frank Miller writing and illustrating one of the backup stories, which will showcase a story that brings together Old Man Logan and Miller’s future iteration of the Caped Crusader from his influential work, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns.
Other backup stories include Daredevil/Green Arrow by Kevin Smith and Adam Kubert, Captain America/Wonder Woman by Chip Zdarsky and Terry Dodson, Jeff the Land Shark/Krypto by Kelly Thompson and Gurihiru, and Rocket Raccoon/Green Lantern by Al Ewing and Dike Ruan.
