A new Doctor Who story presents challenging circumstances for Colin Baker's Sixth Doctor.

The Sixth Doctor Adventures: Bad Terms, a brand new full-cast audio drama featuring the Sixth Doctor, has been released today by Big Finish Productions. Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant return to their roles as the Doctor and companion Peri Brown in an exciting escapade involving an Irish pirate queen, as they uncover a mysterious alien plot set in a public school.

The first of the two 90-minute episodes is titled Saiorse of the Seven Seas, written by Nina Millns. When the TARDIS lands in the 18th century, the time travelers encounter Irish pirate queen Saoirse O'Grady, who seeks justice for her people and homeland. She believes that the courageous Captain Peri (along with her modest second-in-command, the Doctor) are just the allies she needs to confront her English adversary, Sir Kenneth Rushworth, a man who possesses influence beyond the law.

Rebecca O'Mara (Beetlejuice) takes on the role of Saoirse, while Gareth David-Lloyd (known for Torchwood’s Ianto Jones) portrays Sir Rushworth. The cast also includes Barnaby Edwards as Xeneroth, Amanda Shodeko as Adria, Laurie Kynaston as Smirton, Tom Haywood as His Utmost Eminence, and Ayesha Antoine as the Lookout/Pirate. Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant share the excitement for this new Sixth Doctor adventure.

The second story, Red for Danger! by Nev Fountain, features the Doctor and Peri as teachers at an English public school, with the Doctor taking on the role of Dr. Pretorius (History) and Peri as Professor Brown (Biology). Surrounded by aliens among the students and faculty, they embark on a quest to unravel the mystery of Malcolm, a boy with a peculiar and intimate connection to the Doctor.

Joining Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant in this tale are Charlie Hamblett as Malcolm Travers, Andre James as Reggie Biggs, Akshay Khanna as Darius Strangerman, Jason Forbes as Forbes Minor, David Holt as The Headmaster/Andigor Birch, and Martin Kor as Doctor Drylake.

The Sixth Doctor Adventures: Bad Terms can be purchased now for £19.99 as a download, or for £24.99 which includes the download and a limited Collector’s Edition CD box set.
