The Daleks, adversaries from Doctor Who, are once again on the offensive in a new audio adventure from Big Finish.

      There’s exciting news for Daleks enthusiasts as Big Finish launches the new full-cast audio drama, Worlds of Doctor Who: Bernice Summerfield - The Dalek Eternity 1. In last year’s series titled The Eternity Club, Bernice Summerfield (voiced by Lisa Bowerman) became part of the namesake society of galactic explorers. However, her new sanctuary is now facing an assault by the universe's nefarious villains, the Daleks.

      The inhabitants of Skaro are determined to seize control of the Eternity Club to further their malicious ambitions of galactic domination. Before the Daleks can cry out ‘Exterminate!’, Bernice finds herself on the run, initiating the chase.

      This marks the beginning of a new four-part series where the 26th-century archaeologist and her allies confront one of her oldest adversaries. The Dalek Eternity 1 consists of two newly recorded half-hour episodes:

      The Lonely Bomb by James Goss – With the Daleks invading Bernice’s newfound refuge, she escapes in an old TARDIS. As the Dalek Fleet closely follows, Bernice is left contemplating how to secure the galaxy’s largest weapons depot from falling into Dalek hands.

      In Satrap by Felicia Barker, the Eternity Club finds itself occupied by the Daleks, and evidence indicates that one of its members may be betraying them. Can Secretary Pym identify the saboteur, or will he face extermination?

      Joining Lisa Bowerman are Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks, Adrian Lukis as Secretary Pym, Chandrika Chevli as the Suspension of Geren, Rachel Atkins as a Nurse, Simon Kane as 312, Niamh Cusack as the Oldest, Adam Byard as Johannes Arsenal/Plubost, Alex Hewitt as Butler, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo as Grizella.

      Bernice Summerfield: The Dalek Eternity 1 is now available for download on the Big Finish website for £8.99, or as a download and limited collector’s edition CD for £10.99. The entire series can be bought for £32 for the download version and £40 for both the downloads and CDs.
