Emily Browning stars in "One More Shot," the new trailer for the time loop comedy.

      Ahead of its digital release this December, a new trailer has been released online for director Nicholas Clifford’s time-loop comedy, One More Shot.

      Emily Browning plays the role of Minnie, a woman who is finding it hard to move on from her ex. She receives an invitation to a glamorous Y2K party that he will be attending with his new girlfriend, but after reaching for a bottle of tequila, she unexpectedly finds herself sent back to the beginning of the evening.

      The cast also features Aisha Dee, Sean Keenan, Hamish Michael, Anna McGahan, and Contessa Treffone. You can watch the trailer below...

      It’s New Year’s Eve, 1999, and Y2K is approaching. Minnie Vernon (Browning), a trained anaesthetist, watches as her ex welcomes a baby with his new partner and realizes something is missing in her life. This missing piece could be her on-again-off-again love, Joe (Keenan), who has returned from New York to celebrate the new millennium with friends. With a mysterious bottle of tequila in hand, Minnie arrives at a chic beach house, only to find that Joe has brought along his new girlfriend. Things quickly spiral out of control, and when the clock strikes Y2K, Joe proposes. Minnie takes a shot of tequila and is magically transported back to when she first arrived at the party. She understands that she has a limited number of shots to win Joe’s heart and start the new millennium right. However, as she attempts to change what happens, everything starts to fall apart: no matter her efforts, she cannot escape herself and must ultimately come to terms with the consequences of her actions. ONE MORE SHOT is a time loop comedy that raises the question: does a woman need to disrupt the very fabric of time and reality to have everything she wants?

      One More Shot will be available digitally on December 12th.
