The film, directed by Brian Barnard and Tommy Walton, stars Jody Thompson, Randy McDowell, Ashley Sutton, Bethany Anne Lind, Lori Beth Sikes, and Mark Ashworth. You can watch the trailer below.
A sheriff from a small town and his deputy are lured to an abandoned farmhouse deep within the coal-mining mountains of southern West Virginia to probe a crime. However, as they investigate further, hidden secrets and incomplete clues pose a threat to both the town and the sheriff's mental well-being.
Down River is scheduled to be released digitally and on demand on December 9th, 2025.
