The trailer for Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 hints at the onset of the conclusion.

      With the highly-anticipated debut of Stranger Things just days away, Netflix has unveiled another trailer for volume 1 of the fifth and final season of the supernatural drama series, giving viewers a glimpse of the residents of Hawkins as they prepare for a major confrontation with Vecna.

      Set in the fall of 1987, Hawkins is haunted by the emergence of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a singular purpose: to find and eliminate Vecna. However, he has disappeared, with his location and intentions remaining a mystery. Their task is further complicated as the government has enforced a military quarantine on the town and escalated its pursuit of Eleven, forcing her back into seclusion. As the anniversary of Will's disappearance nears, a familiar sense of dread looms. The ultimate confrontation is on the horizon, accompanied by an impending darkness that is more potent and fatal than anything they have encountered before. To put an end to this nightmare, they will require the entire group to unite one last time.

      Stranger Things 5 will debut with Volume 1 (Episodes 1-4) on November 26, followed by Volume 2 (Episodes 5-7) on Christmas, and the Finale (Episode 8) on New Year’s Eve.
