A new adventure featuring the Ninth Doctor and Rose is set to be released in February.

      Big Finish Productions is set to release a brand-new adventure featuring the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler in February 2026. The Ninth Doctor's journeys continue with The Ninth Doctor Adventures: Cloud Eight, which stars Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper reprising their roles as the Doctor and Rose. A new "next time" episodic video is also available to watch below.

      Upon arriving in the 47th century, the Doctor and Rose discover that Earth's surface is devoid of humanity. People have either left for the stars or reside in floating cities among the clouds. The inhabitants of these aerial cities seem to enjoy a blissful existence without the need to work, but the Doctor understands that places labeled as paradise often conceal darker secrets. In the floating city of High Wycombe, the underlying issues are becoming apparent, and the mind of the teenage girl Elsa reveals something ancient and insatiable.

      Joining Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper are Felicity Cant playing the troubled teen Elsa, Charlie Condou as her father Marty, Lawrence Boothman as Oz, and Louise Faulkner as Chihiro.

      The Ninth Doctor Adventures: Cloud Eight is now available for pre-order at £9.99 for the download and £11.99 for the download along with a limited Collector’s Edition CD.
