The Confession, a horror film inspired by Pied Piper, has released a trailer and a poster.

      A trailer, poster, and images have been released online for The Confession, a chilling interpretation of the classic story of The Pied Piper by writer-director Will Canon.

      The horror film follows the recently widowed Naomi, who returns to her childhood home in rural Texas with her young son. There, she finds a tape in which her deceased father admits to murdering a man connected to a sinister force. When she seeks assistance from a friend to solve the mystery, they uncover the horrifying past of their hometown and must race against time to protect her son from the looming evil.

      The cast features Italia Ricci, Zachary Golinger, Scott Mechlowicz, Terence Rosemore, Allie McCulloch, and Justin Matthew Smith. Check out the trailer below...

      Naomi, a newly widowed musician, moves back to her childhood home with her young son years after her father's passing. While exploring the attic, she stumbles upon a cassette tape where her father recounts a gruesome murder he alleges he committed to defend himself against an unidentified evil force. Confused by this shocking revelation, Naomi turns to an old friend for help in uncovering the truth, leading them to discover disturbing aspects of their hometown's history. As her son manifests increasingly strange behavior, Naomi becomes frantic in her efforts to combat the evil.

      The Confession will be available on digital starting January 16th.
