      In February, action and horror are set to double with the release of Resident Evil Requiem. Featuring dual protagonists, Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy, the two characters’ fates intertwine as they each explore a series of mysterious deaths. Curious for more? Check out the new trailer unveiled at The Game Awards 2025 below.

      Both protagonists are on the trail of these peculiar deaths, which are tied to uncovering the truth behind the notorious 1998 Raccoon City Incident. Leon Kennedy embarks on his investigation at an abandoned hotel where a body has been found, unaware that FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft is examining the same location.

      The new trailer was just one of the surprises revealed at The Game Awards, as it was also announced that Resident Evil would collaborate with Porsche, featuring a special Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT as Leon's vehicle.

      Players who opt for the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil Requiem will receive three unique costumes for Leon: from Resident Evil 4, “Apocalypse,” and “Film Noir,” in addition to a DSO emblem weapon charm. Resident Evil Requiem is set to launch on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
