Masters of the Universe film reveals a new trailer.
Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled a new trailer for Masters of the Universe, the forthcoming live-action reboot of the cherished Mattel toy franchise, featuring Nicholas Galitzine as he calls upon the power of Greyskull to transform into He-Man, the most formidable man in the universe.
Directed by Travis Knight (Kubo and the Two Strings, Transformers: Bumblebee), the film includes Galitzine’s Prince Adam alongside a cast that features Camila Mendes as Teela, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Idris Elba as Duncan/Man-at-Arms, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, Jon Xue Zhang as Ram-Man, Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson as Fisto, James Purefoy as King Randor, Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena, and Kristen Wiig voicing Roboto. "Masters of the Universe" tells the story of 10-year-old Prince Adam, who lands on Earth in a spaceship and is separated from his magical Power Sword—his only connection to his home on Eternia. Nearly two decades later, after tracking it down, Prince Adam is transported back across space to defend his home planet from the wicked forces of Skeletor. However, to conquer such a powerful foe, Prince Adam must first unravel the secrets of his past and become He-Man, the mightiest man in the Universe."
Masters of the Universe is scheduled to be released on June 5th, 2026.
