      Homer’s The Odyssey is often regarded as the greatest epic ever written. So, how do you make it even more epic? By filling it with kaiju. Odysseus’ journey back home was already fraught with difficulties, but what if, instead of encountering storms, sirens, and cyclopes, the gods sent monsters far more formidable than titans? And what if Zeus dispatched the most powerful of them all to aid the king on his odyssey? As Homer put it: “Of all creatures that breathe and move upon the earth, nothing is bred that is stronger than Godzilla.”
