Disney-Pixar's Gatto reveals its initial trailer and poster.

Disney-Pixar has released the first trailer for "Gatto," the forthcoming animated adventure directed by Enrico Casarosa (Luca). The story centers on Nero (voiced by Mark Ruffalo), a resourceful black cat who begins to reconsider the life he's led serving the feline mob leader Rocco (voiced by Laurence Fishburne) in the streets of Venice; you can watch the trailer below.

In "Gatto," after years of navigating the canal-filled, superstitious city of Venice, Italy, Nero starts to question if he has made the right choices in life. Bound by debt to Rocco, the local cat crime boss, Nero finds himself in a difficult situation and must form an unexpected friendship that could ultimately guide him to his true purpose—unless the complexities of Venice thwart his efforts first.

"Gatto" is set to hit theaters on March 5, 2027.
