Kong: Survivor Instinct is set to launch on Nintendo Switch this September.

      Publisher 7Levels' successful 2.5D action-adventure game Kong: Survivor Instinct received positive reviews upon its release in October 2024. The company has now announced that the game will be available on the Nintendo Switch via the eShop starting 30th September, allowing a new audience of gamers to experience the excitement of Legendary’s universe.

      In Kong: Survivor Instinct, when a Titan attack surprises the city, a large-scale evacuation occurs. Unfortunately, not everyone reaches safety before chaos and destruction ensue, and the protagonist’s daughter is among those who are caught in the turmoil.

      Set in an official narrative within Legendary’s MonsterVerse, players embark on a mission to find their daughter. During their journey, they will face environmental devastation, iconic Titans, and the merciless mercenaries led by Alan Jonah. Fortunately, players can utilize the ORCA Σ prototype from Monarch Tech to manipulate giant monsters, helping to clear paths through the ruins and avoid other dangers.

      In addition to fending off both human and monstrous foes, players will need to tackle environmental puzzles to navigate the perilous crumbling city. They must maneuver through a maze of wrecked buildings, raging fires, and toxic spills while perfecting physics-based platforming skills.

      Kong: Survivor Instinct will be available for digital download on the Nintendo eShop on 30th September, and a physical retail edition will also be released for those who prefer hard copies.
