Apple TV has released the trailer and promotional images for season 2 of Dark Matter.
Apple TV has unveiled a trailer for the second season of Dark Matter, the acclaimed sci-fi thriller series adapted from Blake Crouch’s bestselling novel. The storyline follows the Dessen family as they attempt to embrace a peaceful lifestyle after the events of season 1, only to have unimaginable forces disrupt their tranquility, forcing them to flee once more.
The cast features Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Connelly, Alice Braga, Jimmi Simpson, Dayo Okeniyi, Oakes Fegley, and Amanda Brugel. You can watch the season 2 trailer and view promotional images here…
The second season continues with the Dessens as they attempt to settle into a calm existence in a world that seems finally secure, until unforeseen circumstances drive them to escape again. Jason’s fixation on the Box intensifies, while Daniela (Connelly) becomes increasingly paranoid, nearing her breaking point. Their son Charlie (Fegley) struggles to find stability amidst the threats to their family. Meanwhile, Amanda (Braga) and Ryan (Simpson) team up in a desperate bid to return home. Blair (Brugel) is determined to thwart him, while Leighton (Okeniyi) relentlessly pursues his grand vision of a perfect world.
Dark Matter season 2 is set to premiere on Apple TV on August 28th.
