This collection showcases characters from The Transformers: The Movie with paint designs inspired by the beloved animated classic. The initial wave includes Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron, with each Transformers action figure coming with an exclusive bio card illustrated by series artist Nobuyoshi Habara. In this release, the MDLX Optimus Prime (1986 Edition) features an updated head sculpt, and the backpack has been repainted in a vibrant red to align with the character's details in the film. The Transformers MDLX line has been redesigned by threezero Art Director Kelvin Sau. At about 7” (17.8cm) tall, MDLX Optimus Prime (1986 Movie Edition) is constructed with a die-cast zinc alloy and engineering-grade plastic frame system. With around 48 points of articulation, it offers excellent articulation and remarkable structural durability. Accessories include an Ion Blaster, an Energon Axe, an Autobot Matrix of Leadership, and six pairs of interchangeable hands.
