      Después de cinco años de paz tras los acontecimientos de la primera temporada, el pasado colectivo de Joel y Ellie les alcanza, llevándoles a un conflicto entre ellos y a un mundo aún más peligroso e impredecible que el que dejaron atrás.

      En la segunda temporada de The Last of Us regresan Pedro Pascal y Bella Ramsay como Joel y Ellie, junto a Diego Luna como Tommy. Los recién llegados son Kaitlyn Dever como Abby, Isabela Merced como Dina, Young Mazino como Jesse, Ariela Barer como Mel, Tati Gabrielle como Nora, Spencer Lord como Owen, Danny Ramirez como Manny y Jeffrey Wright como Isaac. Catherine O'Hara también actúa como invitada. La segunda temporada de The Last of Us llegará a HBO en abril de 2025.
