Starship Troopers: Extermination introduces a new Galactic Front event.
The inaugural Galactic Front event was a significant achievement for the Federation, enabling humanity to establish a presence on the icy planet of Boreas. Now, Offworld has launched Update 1.2, which includes new weapon mods, re-enlistment rewards, and the Disputed Sands Galactic Front event.
In spite of the Federation's triumph on Boreas, a fresh Galactic Front emerges that will send troopers back to Valaka. The Disputed Sands event will necessitate the same level of commitment from players that led to the Federation's initial success, so be sure to organize your companies, confront the Bugs, and demonstrate humanity's strength.
Update 1.2 also features advanced weapon modifications for a range of firearms, including shotguns and grenade launchers. The team at Federation Research and Development has been diligently working to provide state-of-the-art mods designed to combat Bugs effectively. However, victory in battles is not achieved solely through firepower; the update now introduces Company Chat. This functionality can be accessed on the Company Home Page, enabling players to coordinate with their squads and exchange crucial information before embarking on their next mission.
A variety of Re-Enlistment Rewards are available for those who choose to serve another tour of duty. These rewards include exclusive cosmetics, with the Prestige Set providing Tier 1 re-enlistees with stylish new appearances for their uniforms, weapons, visors, and more. Those who have already re-enlisted will receive these rewards retroactively.
Return to the battle against the Bugs and contribute to the success of the new Galactic Front.
