Millie Bobby Brown announces that production for Enola Holmes 3 will start shortly.

      With the release of Millie Bobby Brown's upcoming film *The Electric State* next week, the actress has been busy with promotional activities and shared with Collider that her next project will be *Enola Holmes 3*, which is set to begin production "in the coming weeks."

      Brown first portrayed Enola Holmes in the 2020 film, based on the young adult novel series by Nancy Springer. The story follows young Enola, the sister of Sherlock Holmes, as she strives to create her own path in Victorian England during the rise of the suffragette movement, seeking recognition for her intellect and deduction skills, separate from those of Sherlock and their older brother Mycroft.

      In her Collider interview, Brown expressed her enthusiasm: “I’m going to be doing *Enola Holmes 3* this year. We start filming in the coming weeks. I’m very excited.”

      Regarding Henry Cavill's role, who reprised his famous portrayal of Sherlock in both *Enola Holmes* films, Brown was unable to confirm his return but hinted, “You’ll have to wait and see,” especially since the previous film concluded with Sherlock encountering his iconic partner, Dr. John Watson, who was portrayed in a cameo by Himesh Patel.

      The *Enola Holmes* franchise has also featured Louis Partridge, Helena Bonham Carter, Susie Wokoma, and Adeel Akhtar, while *Enola Holmes 2* included David Thewlis, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, and Hannah Dodd.

      *Enola Holmes 3* will be directed by Philip Barantini, with a screenplay by Jack Thorne, who returns after writing the first two films.
